Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers as they board the aircraft, making them feel welcome and comfortable.

- Safety Briefings: Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure that all passengers are aware of safety procedures and regulations before takeoff.

- In-Flight Service: Provide high-quality food and beverage service during the flight, catering to the needs and preferences of passengers.

- Conflict Resolution: Handle passenger complaints or concerns calmly and professionally to ensure a positive flying experience for everyone.

- Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to act calmly in case of an emergency, following protocols to ensure passenger safety.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with passengers and team members.
