- **In-Flight Service:** Provide high-quality food and beverage service during the flight, catering to the needs and preferences of passengers.

- **Conflict Resolution:** Handle passenger complaints or concerns calmly and professionally to ensure a positive flying experience for everyone.

- **Emergency Preparedness:** Be prepared to act calmly in case of an emergency, following protocols to ensure passenger safety.
