- Conflict Resolution: Handle passenger inquiries or complaints professionally and calmly. Your problem-solving skills will be vital in maintaining a pleasant environment onboard.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the flight crew and other Air Hostesses to ensure smooth operations. Good teamwork will help make every flight a success.

Required Skills and Expectations:
