Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Assistance: Welcome and guide passengers on board, helping them find their seats and stowing luggage safely.

2. Safety and Emergency Procedures: Conduct safety demonstrations before takeoff and be prepared to assist during emergencies, ensuring passengers follow safety guidelines.

3. In-flight Service: Serve meals and beverages, answering passenger queries, and providing information about the flight, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere.

4. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the cabin and restrooms are tidy before, during, and after the flight, contributing to a pleasant environment for passengers.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with flight crew members to ensure efficient service and effective communication throughout the flight.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to interact warmly with passengers. A friendly and polite demeanor is essential to create a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations is crucial, as is a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. While previous experience is not required, a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are highly valued.
