- Customer Service: Offer food and beverages during the flight, attend to passenger inquiries, and resolve any issues that may occur, ensuring a pleasant travel experience.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the flight crew and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service at all times.
