Key Responsibilities:

- Pre-flight Briefing: Attend briefings with the flight crew before departure to understand flight details and any specific customer needs.

- Passenger Greeting: Welcome and assist passengers as they board the aircraft, helping them find their seats and stowing their luggage securely.

- Safety Demonstrations: Conduct safety demonstrations, explaining emergency procedures and the use of safety equipment to passengers before takeoff.

- In-flight Service: Serve meals, beverages, and other refreshments to passengers, ensuring prompt and friendly service throughout the flight.

- Passenger Assistance: Address any passenger questions or concerns, providing support to ensure a pleasant travel experience.

- Emergency Response: Remain alert and prepared to handle medical emergencies or other situations during the flight, following established protocols.

- Post-flight Duties: Assist with the disembarkation process, ensuring that passengers exit safely and collecting any feedback from them.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and should be enthusiastic and friendly. Good communication skills are essential, as you will interact with diverse passengers daily. A positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure are important for managing the demands of the role.
