Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Safety: You will be responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during the flight, conducting safety demonstrations, and assisting passengers in case of emergencies.

2. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is key. You will greet passengers, assist with boarding, and address any needs or concerns they may have during the flight.

3. In-flight Services: You will serve meals, snacks, and beverages while maintaining a pleasant cabin atmosphere. You will also provide information regarding the flight and destination.

4. Conflict Resolution: If any issues arise with passengers, you will work to resolve them calmly and professionally.

5. Team Collaboration: Working closely with the flight crew, you will ensure smooth communication and coordination during the flight.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should be at least 10th-grade graduates with good communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility are essential. You should be able to handle stressful situations and work well in a team. Flexibility in working hours and a genuine passion for customer service will help you excel in this role.
