Key Responsibilities:

- Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers, ensuring they feel comfortable and safe throughout the flight. It involves helping with boarding, finding seats, and addressing any inquiries.

- Safety Procedures: Conduct safety demonstrations to inform passengers of emergency procedures and equipment. This is crucial for maintaining safety standards and ensuring everyone is prepared.

- Service Delivery: Serve meals, snacks, and beverages, while also providing information about flight status. Excellent service ensures passengers have a pleasant experience during their journey.

- Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the flight professionally and courteously, maintaining a calm atmosphere.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the cabin crew and ground staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication throughout the flight.
