Key Responsibilities:

1. Passenger Safety: Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout the flight by delivering safety briefings and being attentive to their needs.

2. Customer Service: Greet passengers warmly, assist with seating, and attend to any queries or requests they may have. Your goal is to create a pleasant travel experience.

3. Food and Beverage Service: Serve meals and refreshments, taking care to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring all passengers enjoy their flight.

4. Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the flight, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the flight crew to ensure effective communication and coordination, striving for smooth operations at all times.
