As an Air Cargo Executive, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating air freight operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Cargo Documentation:** You will prepare and manage all necessary documents for air cargo shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations to facilitate smooth transportation.

- **Customer Coordination:** Your role involves liaising with customers to understand their shipping requirements and providing timely updates on shipment status.

- **Tracking Shipments:** You will monitor air cargo movements, ensuring that shipments arrive at their destination on time and troubleshoot any delays or issues that may arise.

- **Collaboration with Airlines:** You will work closely with airline representatives to secure space for cargo and negotiate rates, ensuring the best options for our clients.

- **Invoicing and Billing:** You will assist in preparing invoices for services rendered, making sure all charges are accurate and sent to clients promptly.

A minimum education level of 10th grade is required, and you should be willing to work full-time in the office setting in Purnia. Prior experience is not necessary; however, enthusiasm to learn the industry is highly valued.
