Key Responsibilities:

1. **Shipment Coordination**: You will coordinate air cargo shipments, ensuring that all documents are accurate and timely submitted for the movement of goods.

2. **Customer Service**: Engage with customers to provide information on their shipments, address queries, and resolve any issues related to cargo transportation.

3. **Documentation Management**: Prepare and manage all necessary paperwork for air cargo, including invoices, shipping labels, and customs documents.

4. **Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor cargo shipments and provide updates to customers. You will keep records of shipment progress and report any delays or changes.

5. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with warehouse staff, drivers, and airline representatives to ensure smooth and efficient cargo movement.
