Air Cargo Executive (Freshers) Asansol

We are looking for a motivated Air Cargo Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers. You will play a key role in managing and coordinating air cargo operations, ensuring efficient and timely services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Cargo Documentation**: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for air cargo shipments. This includes bills of lading and customs forms to ensure compliance with regulations.

2. **Customer Service**: Communicate with customers regarding their shipments. Answer queries, provide updates on cargo status, and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

3. **Coordination**: Work closely with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth cargo movement. You will help schedule flights and track shipments from origin to destination.

4. **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of all air cargo transactions. This involves inputting data into our systems and ensuring all information is up to date.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all operations adhere to safety and security regulations. You should be aware of the latest industry guidelines and implement them in daily tasks.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- A minimum of 10th-grade education is required.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and using software.

- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn about the air cargo industry.
