Key Responsibilities:

- Cargo Handling: Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo from aircraft, ensuring that all items are handled safely and efficiently.

- Documentation: Prepare and verify air waybills and other essential documents required for cargo shipments to ensure compliance with regulations.

- Customer Service: Communicate with clients regarding their cargo requirements, addressing queries and providing updates on shipment status.

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing cargo, ensuring proper documentation is completed for all shipments.

- Coordination with Airlines: Liaise with airlines and ground staff to ensure timely dispatch and arrival of cargo, helping to resolve any issues that may arise.
