Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Technical Professional who can design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate should be strong in data handling, model development, and translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy Machine Learning & AI models

Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training

Develop and optimize ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, etc.)

Integrate AI/ML models with backend systems and APIs

Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time

Collaborate with product, software, and business teams

Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and tools

Document models, workflows, and technical processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Python

Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms

Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn

Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms

Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases

Experience in REST APIs integration

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus)

AI/ML Concepts

Supervised & Unsupervised Learning

Model evaluation & optimization

NLP / Computer Vision (preferred but not mandatory)

Data analysis & visualization

Educational Qualification

/ / MCA / MSc (CS/AI/ML)

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with LLMs, Chatbots, or Generative AI

Knowledge of MLOps tools

Experience in startup or product-based environment

Problem-solving mindset with business understanding
