We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Producer who can create high-quality real estate videos using AI tools. This role is ideal for someone who understands video storytelling and can leverage AI platforms to produce engaging property content at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Create AI-generated real estate videos (property walkthroughs, ads, reels)

Convert property details into scripts, visuals, and final videos

Use AI tools like Runway ML, Pika Labs, Midjourney, and ChatGPT

Edit and enhance videos with music, voiceovers, and effects

Optimize content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and ad campaigns

Stay updated with latest AI tools and implement new workflows

Requirements:

Basic experience in video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects or similar)

Strong knowledge of AI platforms and tools for content creation

Understanding of prompt writing and AI output optimization

Creative mindset with storytelling ability

Interest in real estate marketing is a plus

0-3 years experience (freshers with strong skills can apply)

AI Platform Knowledge (Must Have / Good to Have):

Text & scripting: ChatGPT

Image generation: Midjourney

Video generation: Runway ML, Pika Labs
