About the Role

SCS Universal Tech Private Limited is looking for a passionate and innovative AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build intelligent applications that solve real-world business problems using machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI and Machine Learning models for business applications.

Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning algorithms.

Develop NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI solutions based on project requirements.

Integrate AI models into production applications and APIs.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Work with structured and unstructured datasets.

Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Maintain technical documentation and follow coding best practices.

Required Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Python programming.

Experience with Machine Learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.

Experience with NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers.

Familiarity with LangChain or LlamaIndex.

Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.

Experience working with REST APIs.

Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with Git version control.

Understanding of Docker and basic cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Skills

Experience with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM platforms.

Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, or Weaviate.

Experience deploying AI applications using FastAPI or Flask.

Exposure to MLOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.

Understanding of prompt engineering and AI model optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of software engineering principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience

1-3 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.

Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI applications.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
