Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agent frameworks, and cloud technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design AI-driven solutions, build scalable applications, and deploy them into production.

This role requires someone who can independently own the complete AI solution lifecycle-from problem discovery and solution architecture to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop production-ready AI applications using Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Build and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for conversational document intelligence.

Develop AI-powered applications capable of processing PDFs, Word documents, and other enterprise data sources.

Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

Develop AI-based Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, including entity matching, deduplication, confidence scoring, and human review workflows.

Optimize vector search using effective chunking strategies, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and embedding techniques.

Implement LLM guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and hallucination mitigation strategies.

Design and develop REST APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar backend frameworks.

Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, open-source LLMs, and AI engineering best practices.

Required Skills

8+ years of overall software development experience with strong hands-on experience in AI/ML/GenAI.

Proven experience building and deploying production-grade RAG applications.

Strong expertise in Python and SQL.

Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent AI frameworks.

Experience with vector databases, embeddings, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and retrieval optimization.

Strong understanding of AI agent architecture, tool calling, memory management, and workflow orchestration.

Experience implementing LLM evaluation, guardrails, prompt engineering, and hallucination mitigation.

Strong experience in API development using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.

Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Client-facing or consulting experience.

Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality.

Experience with Collibra or similar governance platforms.

Familiarity with Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and enterprise MDM platforms.

Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Sciences domains.

Knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools.
