Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced in AI specializing in machine learning, computer vision with a focus on image processing, pattern recognition, video analytics & biometric matching (face, voice etc.). As per the role, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the innovation and development of AI and computer vision- based biometric modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in creating and deploying machine learning models in large-scale scenarios, with a strong focus on object detection, computer vision, and deep learning model architectures & frameworks, ML Ops & orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

ML Model Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models, specifically in the context of biometric identity verification.

Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and computer vision technologies. Drive innovation by exploring and implementing state-of-the-art solutions in the realm of biometrics.

Solution Design & Deployment: Lead the design and architecture of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create robust, accurate & scalable solutions for image and video analytics, data analytics, large scale biometric matching processing.

Guidance and Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to the data science team, offering guidance and mentorship to ensure the highest standards of performance and continuous skill development. Effectively delegate tasks to junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship. Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as software engineering and product management, to integrate machine learning solutions seamlessly into our products and services.

Communication: Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical
