Job Overview:

Looking for an experienced farming executive. Monitor crops, organic food and handle various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

 Responsible for adding new farmers and new crops & products to our organic agriculture group.

 Communicate company offering and educate regarding crops requirements, awareness about organic farming, clearly to farmers.

 Ensure a healthy harvest to procure organic agri products consistently.

 Maintain the good relationship with Farmers and responsible for the fulfillment of company requirements.

 Should have commendable negotiation skills and the ability to convince the farmers for the procurement.

 End to end ownership of coordinating with farmers and handling their grievances.

 Building professional networks and keeping side by side developments in agricultural science.

Qualifications

Degree/diploma in agriculture, or food technology
