farm worker / farmland caretaker –

responsibilities

maintain and keep the farmland clean, safe, and well-organized

operate and handle basic farm equipment and tools (tiller, tractor attachments, sprayers, cutters, etc.)

support daily crop activities including soil preparation, planting, watering, and weeding

monitor vegetable growth and assist in improving yield through proper fertilizing, pruning, and pest control

assist in harvesting, sorting, and preparing produce

maintain poultry area including feeding, cleaning, and ensuring animal health

follow instructions, listen carefully to guidance, and work independently when required

report issues related to crops, equipment, or livestock immediately

maintain good hygiene and follow all farm safety procedures

requirements

previous experience in agriculture, farming, or poultry preferred

ability to operate or learn to operate farm machinery

physical ability to perform field work (lifting, bending, standing, etc.)

honest, reliable, and willing to learn

ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness

preference for candidates who can work full-time and stay on-site (if accommodation is provided)
