Agency Manager - Freshers

As an Agency Manager, you will play a crucial role in handling the operations of the agency. You will be responsible for guiding your team and ensuring that all goals are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of agents, providing direction and motivation to help them achieve their targets. Frequent communication and encouragement will be essential to build a strong team spirit.

- Performance Monitoring: Track and assess the performance of individual agents and the team as a whole. This involves analyzing sales data and offering constructive feedback to help improve outcomes.

- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for new and existing agents to enhance their skills and knowledge about products and sales techniques, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs better and offer effective solutions, which can lead to higher customer satisfaction and retention.

- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to increase agency sales. Staying updated on market trends is key for adjusting approaches and offerings according to client preferences.
