What you'll do

• Identify and establish partnerships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, and relevant projects to enhance the company’s presence in the local market and drive user acquisition and trading volume growth.

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with KOLs and marketing partners to ensure sustainable collaboration.

• Oversee the implementation and performance of KOL marketing initiatives; track, analyze, and optimize results to maximize ROI and channel efficiency.

• Stay up-to-date with local industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics, and take appropriate actions accordingly.

What you'll need

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

• Deep understanding of affiliate and influencer marketing within the industry.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Able to perform well under pressure with strong execution capabilities.
