Key Responsibilities:
- **Record Financial Transactions**: Accurately record data related to various financial transactions using accounting software, ensuring information is updated and correct.
- **Manage Invoices and Payments**: Handle the processing of incoming invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers, keeping track of all transactions to maintain cash flow.
- **Reconcile Bank Statements**: Regularly compare and reconcile bank statements with company records to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- **Assist in Financial Reporting**: Support the finance team by gathering and organizing data needed for financial reports, enabling timely and accurate reporting for management.
- **Maintain Filing System**: Organize and maintain physical and digital files for all financial documents, ensuring ease of access and compliance with company policies.
