Radian finserv offers gold loans in Bangalore, providing small and large amounts of loans with hassle-free financial assistance in exchange for gold.

We are looking to add an Accounts Executive to our growing team who brings Accounting experience and in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to the table. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounts operations, maintaining records, and documenting financial transactions.

This is a work from an Office position.

Experience: 1-2 Yrs

Roles and Responsibilities

Should be able to handle day to day activities, Preparation of various types of MIS, Balance sheet, Profit & loss account, Account Receivable, Account Payable, Fund flow, Cash flow, Taxation.

Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.

Document financial transactions and Bank Reconciliation

Should have hands-on experience in TDS/GST/PT/Advance Tax/Income Tax

Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors

Follow up for payments telephonically & by mailing

Hands petty Cash Records.

Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & updating Software regularly.

Finalizing accounts, statement of accounts, debtors control accounts, balance sheet statement, consumption charts, trails balance, work, scrutiny of desperation, and fixed assets.

Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Ensure compliance with Indian tax laws and accounting principles

Requirements and skills:

Proven experience as an Accounts Executive/ accountant

Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and Tally

Should have handled Finalization of Accounts, Taxation - Direct and Indirect, Tax Returns

Well versed with Tally ERP 9 or ZOHO. Both are great

Familiarity with financial accounting statements

Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing process

Advanced MS Excel skills including with Vlookup and pivot tables

Accuracy and attention to detail

Taking ownership of tasks assigned
