We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to fill the role of Personal Assistant cum Academic Counselor. This position requires a blend of administrative proficiency, interpersonal skills, and academic guidance capabilities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing administrative tasks while providing valuable academic counseling and support to students or professionals.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the individual or team.

Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently, prioritizing as necessary.

Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of information.

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required by the employer.

Personal Assistance:

Act as a liaison between the employer and various stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and family members.

Conduct research on various topics and present findings in a concise manner.

Handle personal tasks and errands, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Academic Counseling:

Provide academic guidance and support to students or professionals, including course selection, academic planning, and career development.

Assess students' academic strengths, weaknesses, and goals to develop personalized academic strategies.

Offer assistance with college admissions, scholarship applications, and internship opportunities.

Monitor academic progress and intervene when necessary to address challenges or obstacles.

Stay updated on educational trends, resources, and opportunities to better advise students or professionals.

Communication and Collaboration:

Maintain open and effective communication channels with students, colleagues, and relevant stakeholders.

Collaborate with educators, administrators, and other counselors to coordinate academic support services and initiatives.

Conduct workshops, seminars, or training sessions on academic success strategies, study skills, and career plan
