about the role

we are seeking a talented and creative 3d visualizer to join our growing team and play a vital role in bringing our residential developments to life. you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3d models and renderings that showcase the beauty, functionality, and appeal of our properties for marketing and sales purposes.

responsibilities:

● collaborate with architects, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into stunning 3d visualizations.

● develop detailed and accurate 3d models of residential buildings, interiors, and surrounding landscapes using specialized software (., autodesk 3ds max, v-ray, sketchup).

● apply realistic textures, lighting, and materials to create high-fidelity renderings that capture the essence of the designed space.

● create 360� panoramic views and virtual tours to provide immersive experiences of the properties.

● prepare high-resolution images and animations for use in marketing materials (brochures, websites, social media), presentations, and sales pitches.

● stay up-to-date on the latest 3d visualization software and rendering techniques.

● maintain a well-organized library of 3d assets and textures for efficient project

execution.

● contribute to the development and implementation of efficient 3d visualization

workflows.
