job summary:

we are looking for a highly skilled 3d modeling engineer with expertise in both mechanical/product modeling and artistic/organic sculpting. the ideal candidate will translate concepts into precise, print-ready 3d models optimized for functionality, aesthetics, and manufacturing. this role requires strong knowledge of cad and sculpting tools, along with hands-on experience in preparing files for 3d printing workflows.

key responsibilities:

design precision-based mechanical and product models using fusion 360 or similar cad software.

execute artistic and organic modeling using blender and zbrush with superior surface detailing.

convert concept sketches or product references into fully printable 3d models.

prepare and export stl/obj files for 3d printing including mesh cleanup, topology repair, and scaling.

ensure structural and aesthetic integrity of printed parts for functional testing and prototyping.

collaborate with internal teams for design improvements based on print feasibility and results.

maintain organized documentation and version control of all design files.

required skills & qualifications:

diploma / degree in mechanical / product design / industrial design / animation / related field.

proficiency in fusion 360 (or similar cad tools) for product and mechanical modeling.

strong hands-on experience in blender and zbrush for organic/sculpted modeling.

experience in preparing and optimizing 3d printing file formats (stl/obj).

understanding of mesh flow, topology, scaling, and dimensional accuracy.

excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
