Some key roles:

Architectural drafting

Incorporating design elements into the 3d model.

Lighting in the model

Photo- realistic renderings

Walk-through

Post production.

Should be well versed in software of 3DS Max/Sketchup, VRay, Photoshop, AutoCAD, with good computer skills.
