· proficiency in animation, compositing and motion capture is a plus.

· preferably familiar with blender but should also do animation when necessary.

· work on all facets of 3d pipeline on multiple projects with tight deadlines, includes modelling, texturing, animating, lighting, render management and composting.

· work to meet deadlines within busy production schedules.

· managing and guiding other artists, both creatively and technically.

· identify opportunities to share knowledge and educate others in the production process.

· excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

· intelligent enough to understand the content and come up with storyboards to convey the meaning most efficiently.
