Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing & Community Management Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across keyplatforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) to increase brand visibility andengagement. Manage daily posting schedule, monitor social listening, and engage with the onlinecommunity to foster a positive brand image. Run targeted paid social advertising campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize forROI. Content Creation & Strategy Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging, high-quality content, including blog posts,articles, social media captions, email newsletters, and website copy. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices to maximizeorganic reach. Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely stream of content. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value opportunities forcontent and website optimization. Website Maintenance & Management Ensure the company website (e.g., built on WordPress) is consistently updated, secure,and functioning optimally. Handle routine website maintenance tasks, including minor design changes, contentupdates, plugin management, and troubleshooting. Monitor website performance and user experience (UX) metrics, implementing changesto improve site navigation and conversion rates.Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in a dedicated digital marketing role. Proven track record managing and growing social media channels and runningsuccessful campaigns. Expertise in content creation across various formats (text, image, basic video). In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and best practices (on-page, off-page, technical). Demonstrated experience with website content management systems Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
