In this role, you will provide essential support in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring high standards of patient care.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Monitoring Patient Vital Signs:** Regularly check and record patients' vital signs, such as heart rate and blood pressure, to assess their health status and detect any changes that require immediate attention.- **Assisting Medical Staff:** Work closely with doctors and nurses to prepare for procedures and treatments, ensuring the necessary equipment and supplies are ready for use.- **Maintaining Equipment:** Ensure that all critical care equipment is functioning properly, conducting routine checks and troubleshooting any issues to maintain patient safety.- **Performing Basic Life Support:** Provide basic life support, including CPR, when necessary, to help stabilize patients in critical condition until further medical assistance is provided.- **Documenting Patient Information:** Accurately document all patient-related information and care activities in electronic health records to keep the medical team informed.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in a relevant field and have 3 to 9 years of experience in a critical care setting.
