## **Key Roles & Responsibilities:**### **Campaign Planning & Strategy*** Develop ad strategies for various client industries (e-commerce, service, local, etc.)* Conduct audience research and define buyer personas.* Perform competitive analysis and market research.* Suggest budget distribution across platforms for best performance.### **Campaign Setup & Execution*** Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) including lead, traffic, sales, and brand awareness campaigns.* Set up and run Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, Remarketing, Performance Max.* Launch and optimize YouTube Ads (skippable, non-skippable, in-stream, etc.).* Write compelling ad copies, headlines, and descriptions.* Coordinate with creative/design teams for visuals and video assets.### **Tracking & Pixel Management*** Implement and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Google Tag Manager.* Set up Custom Conversions, Events, and UTM tracking.* Ensure proper funnel tracking and event attribution.### **Campaign Optimization*** Continuously monitor and analyze ad performance.* Optimize based on key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and placements.* Reduce ad wastage and scale winning ad sets/campaigns.### **Reporting & Insights*** Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.* Share insights and actionable recommendations with the team or clients.* Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Looker Studio for reporting.### **Client & Team Collaboration*** Attend internal and client meetings for strategy and performance reviews.* Align campaigns with client goals (leads, sales, website visits, app installs, etc.).* Collaborate with content, SEO, and design teams to align messaging.### **Stay Updated*** Keep up with platform algorithm changes, new ad formats, and trends.* Recommend innovative strategies for better reach and engagement.---## **Required Skills & Tools:*** Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager* Google Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager* YouTube Ad Manager* Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio* Canva, Photoshop, or video editing basics (optional but a plus)* Good command over English copywriting for ads---## **Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory):*** Experience in re targeting, funnel marketing, and email re marketing.* Hands-on experience with landing pages (Unbounce, Instapage, WordPress, etc.)
