Job Purpose:To ensure that all parts produced on the line conform to customer and internal specifications by performing FOA, LOA, MOA and hourly inspections as per IATF 16949 requirements.________________________________________Key Responsibilities:1. Perform FOA (First-Off Approval) for every machine start, tool change, die change, or fixture change.2. Perform LOA (Last-Off Approval) and ensure proper closure of production batches.3. Conduct MOA (Middle-Off Approval) at defined frequency.4. Perform hourly in-process inspection as per control plan.5. Use inspection measuring instruments (vernier, micro meter, height gauge, snap gauge, radius gauge, weld gauge).6. Ensure operators follow control plans, work instructions, boundary samples, & process sheets.7. Inspect sheet-metal press parts: bends, forms, burrs, cracks, holes, TRB, etc.8. Inspect welded assemblies (spot welding, projection welding, MIG welding).9. Identify defects such as under-weld, over-weld, splatter, misalignment, distortion.10. Report abnormalities immediately to Production & Quality Supervisor.11. Segregate, tag, and record non-conforming products.12. Maintain inspection documents and online records.13.
