Key responsibilities:1. Provide hands-on physiotherapy treatment to patients: As a physiotherapist, your primary responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and treat various musculoskeletal conditions through manual therapy, exercises, and other modalities.2. Develop customized treatment plans for patients: You will need to create tailored treatment plans based on the patient's condition, goals, and progress, ensuring optimal recovery and rehabilitation.3. Educate patients about their condition and treatment: It is important to communicate effectively with patients, providing them with information about their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote healing and prevent future injuries.4. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, documenting progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes to track improvement and modify treatment plans as needed.5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals: You may need to work closely with other healthcare providers, such as doctors, surgeons, and occupational therapists, to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment.Required skills and expectations:- Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or related field- Valid state license to practice as a physiotherapist- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team- Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others recover and improve their quality of life.
