Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, with at least 1 year in a senior QA/QC position. Experience in luxury residential projects, particularly in finishing, fit-out, and MEP works, is highly preferred.;

The Quality Control Lead reports to the Quality Control Supervisor and oversees the Quality Assurance team in the development and administration of internal and external regulations, protocols, and policies as well as creates and maintains test data, performs testing, and report results to ensure a consistent and high level of quality for all US Digital products.Primary Responsibilities:The following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.As a Quality Control Lead, you will be able to oversee the Quality Team in performing the following duties:Duties and Responsibilities: Review equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and on time. Assist with the identification and development of required procedures and processes related to the Quality Management System. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company-specific regulations related to the quality of product and to the proper performance of day-to-day activities. Oversee detailed inspections of components and completed assemblies at various phases of production and throughout the manufacturing processes. Perform quality testing. Prepare and maintain Quality records for review of completeness and accuracy to meet both internal and external expectations. Document nonconforming material; clearly and accurately. Assist with the actual labor and manufacturing of projects as time permits/as needed. Communicate to all individuals effectively. Participate in team meetings as required (safety, problem solving, etc.). Participate in process improvement teams and/or completes relative documentation when required. Assist in the continuous growth of the Quality Department. Other duties as assigned

Participate in the design process to understand, analyze and influence the application/service/system to be tested.Identify the risks and appropriate test coverage to validate new features as well as regression and develop test plans and cases.Create, maintain, and upgrade load systems include automation scripts writing.Come up with more efficient ways to test features and identify the area of testing that can be automated.Install and configure the system accordingly.Execute test cases, manually or in an automated fashion, capture and analyze the results, document issues, and prepare test reports.Present testing results and progress to the management teamUse Test Management tools to create, maintain, track, and execute test cases; as well as use the Defect Tracking tools.Analyze and identify the issues found during testing, either work with the QA teams and/or the R&D teams to diagnose them.Understand the business aspects, as well as the ways the customers are using the system; and check if the system is performing as it should have beenTake over a Test Activity and feature/s lead, including planning, executing, communicating, tracking, and reporting.Leading activity and test project capabilities include Planning, designing, preparing, and executing the tests.Lead team meeting with QA teamPromote a spirit of collaboration across teams and individuals.
