Job Title: Mechanical Engineer - Offset Printing Machinery MaintenanceLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaAbout the PositionWe are looking for a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in the maintenance, overhaul, installation, and troubleshooting of sheet-fed offset printing presses, particularly Heidelberg, KBA (Koenig & Bauer), and MAN Roland machines.The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical faults, performing repairs, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring maximum machine performance and reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures on offset printing presses.Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble complete printing units and mechanical assemblies.Replace and adjust mechanical components using OEM spare parts supplied by the company.Perform machine alignment, timing adjustments, and precision mechanical setups.Maintain and repair gear trains, bearings, cylinders, gripper systems, feeder units, delivery systems, and drive mechanisms.Interpret technical manuals, assembly drawings, and maintenance documentation.Supervise and guide maintenance technicians during repair and installation projects.Prepare technical reports and recommend solutions to improve machine performance and reliability.Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.Required QualificationsBachelor
