We are seeking a knowledgeable and capable Mechanical Supervisor to oversee and manage mechanical operations on our construction sites in Dammam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, coupled with excellent leadership and organizational skills. The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and completion of all mechanical tasks in adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and industry standards.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction sites.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines for mechanical work.Plan and schedule work assignments to meet project deadlines and ensure efficient resource utilization.Provide technical guidance and support to the mechanical team, including training and skills development.Conduct regular inspections to identify potential mechanical issues and implement appropriate solutions.Collaborate with project managers and other supervisors to ensure seamless coordination between different construction teams.Manage and monitor the inventory of mechanical materials and equipment, ensuring availability for ongoing projects.Maintain accurate documentation, including work reports, progress updates, and safety records.Troubleshoot mechanical problems and implement effective solutions to minimize project delays.Promote a culture of safety and quality within the mechanical team, emphasizing best practices and adherence to industry standards.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Proven work experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.Thorough understanding of mechanical systems, components, and assembly practices.Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety guidelines for mechanical work.
