The ideal candidate will have a solid background in critical care and will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in an intensive care unit (ICU).**Key Responsibilities:**- **Patient Assessment:** Evaluate patients' medical conditions upon admission to the ICU, including reviewing medical history and conducting physical exams to identify immediate needs.- **Care Planning:** Develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients, ensuring that treatments are tailored to their specific conditions.- **Monitoring Patients:** Continuously monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, making real-time adjustments to treatment protocols as necessary for optimal outcomes.- **Collaboration with Other Health Professionals:** Work closely with nurses, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team members to coordinate and enhance patient care in the ICU.- **Family Communication:** Inform and update patients' families about treatment plans, progress, and any changes in the patient's condition, providing emotional support as needed.- **Teaching and Training:** Mentor junior medical staff and participate in training programs to support the development of critical care knowledge and skills among team members.Candidates should possess a valid MBBS degree and have at least seven years of experience in intensive care.
