We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in Mathematics to teach middle and secondary classes. The ideal candidate will simplify complex concepts, nurture logical thinking, and ensure strong foundational skills in alignment with CBSE/MP State Board curriculum.Key Responsibilities- Teaching & Learning- Teach Mathematics to Classes VIX with clarity and engaging methods.- Prepare lesson plans that balance theory, practice, and problem-solving.- Use real-life examples and activities to make mathematics relatable.- Curriculum & Compliance- Follow CBSE/MP Board syllabus and school academic policies.- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assignments, and assessments.- Ensure compliance with inspector-ready documentation and academic standards.- Student Development- Mentor students in mathematics competitions, Olympiads, and scholarship exams.- Provide motivational feedback and encourage analytical thinking.- Support students in overcoming math anxiety through positive reinforcement.- Collaboration & Administration- Work with other subject teachers for interdisciplinary projects.- Assist in preparing compliance charts, inspector-ready reports, and academic campaigns.- Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings and school events.Qualifications- Educational Requirements- Bachelors Degree in Mathematics (B.Sc./B.A. with Mathematics) from a recognized university.- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory for CBSE compliance).- Experience- Minimum 23 years of teaching experience preferred.- Fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.Skills & Competencies- Strong command over Mathematics concepts and pedagogy.- Ability to design engaging lesson plans and problem-solving exercises.- Excellent communication skills in English (and Hindi for bilingual notices).- Familiarity with digital teaching tools, smart classrooms, and online platforms.- Commitment to discipline, innovation, and student-centered teaching.
