Recording and analyzing data: Document test results, observations, and any other relevant data for analysis and reporting purposes.4. Following safety protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents, contamination, or other hazards.5. Assisting with research projects: Support scientists or medical professionals in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and troubleshooting issues.Required skills and expectations:1. Strong understanding of technician activities: Ability to perform various technical tasks accurately and efficiently.2. Proficiency in lab testing: Experience and knowledge of different testing methods and procedures in a laboratory setting.3. Knowledge of medical lab procedures: Familiarity with medical laboratory processes and protocols for accurate and reliable results.4. Laboratory technician experience: Previous experience in a similar role for at least 2-8 years.5. Attention to detail: Ability to focus on small details and accurately record and analyze data for research or diagnosis purposes.
