The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at the airport, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining safety and security standards.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Customer Service Assistance:** Greet and assist passengers to ensure a pleasant airport experience, answering inquiries, and providing information about flights and services.- **Baggage Handling:** Oversee the check-in process and manage baggage to ensure that all luggage is properly tagged and handled with care.- **Safety and Security Checks:** Conduct security screenings and checks to ensure the safety of all flights and passengers, complying with airport regulations.- **Coordination with Airlines:** Liaise with airline representatives for coordination of flight schedules and operations, ensuring that all information is relayed accurately.- **Emergency Handling:** Assist in emergency situations by following specific protocols and providing support to affected passengers.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a strong understanding of airport operations. A basic education level of 12th pass is required. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. The ideal candidate should exhibit a strong customer service orientation, have good problem-solving abilities, and work well under pressure. We are looking for 10 Airport Ground Staff Posts in Singapore, with deep knowledge in Airport Ground Handling, Ground Management, Ground Operation and Required Educational Qualification is : 12th Pass, 6 day working, 10Hrs duty

Key responsibilities:1. Perform ground staff activities: Assist in managing airport operations, including check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures.2. Assist in air ticketing: Provide ticketing services, including issuing boarding passes and processing payments.9. Support ground operation activities: Collaborate with other ground staff members to coordinate and execute airport operations.10. Fulfill duties as a ground operations staff executive: Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.Required skills and expectations:1. High school diploma or equivalent education required.2. 4-8 years of relevant experience in airport or aviation industry preferred.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4.
