As a Roustabout, you will play a crucial role in supporting various operations, particularly in the oil and gas industry. This work is essential for keeping the site organized and functional.- Equipment Handling: Assist in the operation and care of equipment and machinery. This includes checking equipment for faults and reporting any issues to supervisors to maintain safety and efficiency.- Site Maintenance: Participate in cleaning and maintaining the work area to ensure a safe and efficient environment. This includes disposing of waste and keeping tools organized.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other crew members and supervisors to coordinate tasks. Strong communication and teamwork are vital for successful operations and safety.- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations. You will be responsible for wearing personal protective equipment and attending safety briefings.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have 8 to 14 years of relevant experience in a similar field. A background in vocational courses or professional degrees is desirable. Strong physical stamina is necessary, along with the ability to work in varied weather conditions.
