Stay updated on product/service knowledge and policy changes.Requirements: Prior customer service experience (preferred). Fluent in English (verbal/written); additional languages a plus. Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. Flexibility to commit to 12-hour shifts and rotational leave.
