The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in government or institutional settings, with a strong preference for candidates of Indian nationality, particularly from South India. Patient Care & Diagnosis:o Provide comprehensive care for patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, metabolic and hormonal imbalances.o Conduct thorough clinical evaluations, diagnostics, and treatment plans tailored to individual patients.o Perform and interpret lab investigations and advanced diagnostic procedures in endocrinology.2. Procedural & Clinical Excellence:o Administer procedures related to endocrinology, such as thyroid biopsies, dynamic hormone tests, and diabetic foot management.o Prescribe medications, hormone replacement therapies, and nutritional plans as needed.3. Team Collaboration:o Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, dietitians, and nurses, to ensure holistic patient management.o Provide guidance to junior medical staff, residents, and support staff in the management of complex endocrine cases.4. Patient Education & Counseling:o Educate patients and their families on endocrine disorders, management strategies, and preventive care.o Conduct follow-ups to monitor treatment efficacy and adjust therapies as required.5.
