Job Title: Florist / Floral Designer (Overseas - Malaysia) Location:Selangor, Malaysia Employment Type:Full-time (Work Permit Provided)Job OverviewWe are a growing florist and event decoration business based in Malaysia, looking to hire a skilled Florist / Floral Designer from India.The role involves daily bouquet production, vase arrangements, condolence and opening stands, festive designs, and wedding/event setups. Candidates must be hands-on, efficient, and creative.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and prepare:- Hand bouquets, flower boxes, and table arrangements- Vase arrangements (fresh flower arrangements for gifting & corporate use)- Opening stands (grand opening flower stands)- Condolence wreaths / funeral stands- Festival floral arrangements (Deepavali, Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, etc.)- Execute daily retail and online orders efficiently- Assist in wedding and event floral decoration (backdrops, stage dcor, car dcor)- Ensure proper flower conditioning, storage, and freshness- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work area- Support inventory management and stock planning- Follow design references and replicate trending stylesRequirements- Minimum 2-4 years florist experience- Strong skills in:- Bouquet making, vase arrangements, and foam-based designs- Structural work (stands, wreaths)- Color coordination and flower combinations- Experience in opening stands and condolence wreaths is REQUIRED- Able to work long hours during peak seasons- Physically fit (handling stands, event setup)- Basic English communication is mandatory(Tamil advantage)Preferred Skills- Experience in high-volume florist shops- Familiar with corporate vase arrangements and daily subscriptions- Exposure to Malaysian-style designs- Ability to work independently with speed and neat finishing- Knowledge of modern bouquet wrapping styles (Korean/premium)Salary & Benefits- Salary: 35,000 - 65,000/month equivalent (based on experience)- Accommodation provided- Work permit & visa will be arranged- festive incentivesImportant Notes- Must commit for minimum 2 years- Portfolio is compulsory, including:- Bouquets- Vase arrangements- Opening stands- Wreaths / condolence- Event setupsHow to ApplySend:- Resume- Portfolio (photos/videos of work)
