Job Description:As a Laborer, you will be an essential part of our construction and labor force, contributing to various projects across Bahrain. Job Summary:We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Rakeman to join our team in Bahrain. The role involves assisting in the smooth and efficient execution of road construction and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate should possess technical proficiency, physical endurance, and a strong commitment to safety to ensure the successful completion of roadwork tasks and the maintenance of high-quality road infrastructure.Job Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation of road construction sites by clearing debris, leveling surfaces, and ensuring the proper alignment of materials for the construction process.Operate rakes, shovels, and other hand tools to spread and level asphalt, gravel, and other construction materials as directed by the supervisor.Collaborate closely with the construction team to understand project plans, tasks, and specific requirements, ensuring effective communication and coordination throughout the construction process.Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a secure working environment for all personnel on the construction site.Assist in the repair and maintenance of roads by filling potholes, repairing cracks, and performing other related tasks as necessary.Monitor the quality of road construction materials and report any issues or deviations from the project plans to the supervisor promptly, facilitating timely adjustments and ensuring the overall quality of the roadwork.Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including work logs, material usage, and any incidents or challenges encountered during the road construction and maintenance process.Job Requirements:Proven experience as a Rakeman or in a similar role within the construction or road maintenance industry.Familiarity with various road construction materials and the tools and techniques used in roadwork tasks.
