Collect and provide the clients feedback to the R&D department of Gui Tea in China mainland. Build a team according to market development, make sales plan and budget. Propose product develop plan, which can cover any tea, foods and beverages Gui Tea can provide. Establish customer profiles, visit key customers regularly, handle complaints and demands, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships. Deal with Import & Export business if in need.Participate in relative exhibitions, business negotiations and other activities to promote cooperation on major projects. Prepare periodic market development progress reports and updates and present monthly sales performance to Vice President who in charge of oversea market.
