The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital economy, emerging technologies, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, reader-friendly content.1. Conduct extensive research on Web3 and disruptive technologies business models2. Analyze current trends, case studies, and business strategies within the disruptive technologies space.3. Create detailed outlines and frameworks to structure report content effectively.4. Develop and integrate clear, informative diagrams and visual aids to enhance the reader's understanding of complex concepts.5. Revise and edit drafts in response to feedback.6. Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure the project remains on schedule.Qualifications:- A minimum of 1 year of work experience in finance, business, journalism, consulting, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates who have work experience related to AI and emerging technologies.- Proven track record of producing high-quality written content, such as reports, white papers, or published articles.- Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for creating compelling visual representations of data and concepts.- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.Stipend: Performance-basedMinimum assured: INR 6000 / monthIncentive-based bonus: 5-15% of minimum assured

Business Development and Implementation in India Lead the company's business layout in the Indian market, including spare parts center site selection, leasing negotiations, and operational system setup. Research the local battery testing equipment market demand and competitive landscape, and formulate market strategies and annual business plans.2. Localized Operations Management Coordinate local resources in India to promote the construction of spare parts centers, team building, and compliant operation. Establish a customer service and after-sales support system to improve regional customer satisfaction.3. Cross-Cultural Collaboration and Risk Management Assess market policy, logistical, and tax risks, and propose optimization solutions. By combining the characteristics of the Indian market, we dynamically adjust management mechanisms such as supply chain management and after-sales support to improve cost efficiency and risk response capabilities.
