The ideal candidate should be skilled in storytelling, visual composition, and platform-specific content creation, while collaborating effectively with internal teams to deliver high-quality video content.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesEdit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand and project objectivesAdd background music, voice overs, sound effects, captions, and graphics as requiredPerform color correction, basic color grading, and visual enhancements for consistent output qualityCreate and optimize video content for multiple platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and paid campaignsWork closely with marketing, content, design, and social media teams to understand briefs and creative directionManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standardsIncorporate feedback and revisions efficiently from stakeholders and senior team membersMaintain proper organization of video files, raw footage, assets, and project timelinesEnsure all videos adhere to brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging toneStay updated with current video trends, editing styles, and platform algorithmsRequired Skills & Qualifications1-2 years of professional experience as a Video EditorProficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci ResolveStrong understanding of video formats, resolutions, frame rates, and compression techniquesBasic knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and visual effectsGood sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aestheticsAbility to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environmentStrong time-management and communication skills
