Addressing various administrative and logistics issues. Ensure accommodation operation smoothly. Manage staff in accommodation. Managing the day-to-day requirements of the cleaning, pest control, and landscaping team. Ensure the resources and team members are efficiently utilized, and rotas are planned andexecuted in line with the plans. Delegating project tasks to operations team members, and monitoring the completion of thetasks from open to close. Assist with project mobilization and demobilizations under the guidance of the OperationManager. Ensuring that the teams have all the equipment and tools required to execute landscapingworks. Manage the team of site operations technicians. Ensure the performance of the team is managed in line with the role expectations.
