To achieve Wire mesh operator post need 3 to 6 months Training on machine. After that he will become Wire mesh operator. In training period no productivity come out . 3. Stiffen at the time of training including food allowance is 15500 - 1200 pf - 108 ESI - 25 wef. = 14167 rs cash in hand & CTC is 15500 +1200 pf +326 ESI +50 WEF + 500 bus = 17076 rs. in training period. 4.
